The plain-English terms for using PHASMID FX plugins. Buying a plugin means you agree to them.

What you can do

• Install and use the plugin on computers you own or use.
• Use it in any music, audio or video you make: personal or commercial, released, sold, streamed or broadcast. What you make with it is yours. There are no royalties or credits required.
• Make and share your own presets.

What you can't do

• Share, upload, resell or give away the plugin files or download links.
• Sell or distribute modified copies of the plugin, or pass it off as your own.

The rest

• The plugins, their interfaces, names and artwork belong to Phasmid Productions.
• Plugins are provided as-is. We work hard to make them reliable and we'll help if something goes wrong, but we can't be responsible for lost work or other damage from using them. Save your sessions.
• Payment, receipts and delivery are handled by Gumroad as the seller of record, under their terms.
