Before you write

Most problems are one of these:

PUNK LAB doesn't show up in my DAW

  • Make sure PhasmidPunkLab.vst3 is in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3, not still inside the ZIP.
  • Rescan or refresh your DAW's VST3 plugins.
  • Check that your DAW is 64-bit and loads VST3 plugins. PUNK LAB is VST3 only.

I can't find my download

  • Search your email for the receipt from Gumroad. It contains your download link.
  • Still missing? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.

How do I update?

Open the download link in your receipt and download the latest ZIP. Replace the old PhasmidPunkLab.vst3 in your VST3 folder with the new one. Updates are free.

Reporting a bug

Please include:

  • Your Windows version
  • Your DAW and its version
  • The PUNK LAB version (shown on the product page; the current one is v0.5)
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • If it involves a preset, attach the .punklabpreset file
