Refund policy

PHASMID FX plugins are DRM-free downloads, so the policy is simple.

If a plugin won't install or run on your system, you'll get a full refund. Email phasmid.prod@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email phasmid.prod@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address.
  2. Tell us your Windows version, your DAW and what happens when you try to use the plugin.
  3. We'll usually try to fix the problem first. If it can't be made to work on your system, we'll refund the purchase in full through Gumroad.

Before you buy

Please check the system requirements. PUNK LAB is a Windows 64-bit VST3 plugin only. Because the files are delivered instantly and aren't copy-protected, we don't normally refund purchases made by mistake or because a plugin wasn't to your taste. If something unusual happened, write to us anyway.
